A detective and conspiracy theorist by the name of Clark Bryan died in the result of Chaos Control. But his soul was fused with mobian DNA from the previous victim of Chaos Control. The result was Clark reborn and looking exactly like the previous victim. Absorbing that much chaos energy gave Clark supernatural powers. From reality bending to time travel. He prefers to use standard powers like energy blasts and super speed because if he uses his ultimate powers too many tines, he'll fade from his world and transport to another. He can be nice to his allies and dead serious to his enemies. He believes that being reborn was a sign from the Spirits above to help the world as much as he can. He'll do anything to protect the world, even if it's something drastic.
