Everything the Boss ever wanted would soon become reality. Naked Snake, better known today as the notorious legend of war, Big Boss, had finally created a perfect utopia to his mentor’s legacy. Outer Heaven had risen from the ashes of so many deaths. No one would dare stand in their way to a world free of any danger, at least, that was the idea. Snake’s past had brought an unwanted guest to his perfect creation. A cybernetic organism sent back from a corrupt future. It’s mission, to eliminate the legendary Big Boss, and bring forth a future where the machine is forever superior. They call these monsters....

Big Boss:   Terminator.

Call it a warrior’s instinct, but the second the old war soldier laid eyes on the female in front of him, he knew it wasn’t human. Perhaps it was the way it looked back at him, with those soulless eyes. Or perhaps it was the more obvious-looking weapon attached to her arm. This wasn’t Snake’s first encounter with these abominations. It wasn’t even his second. Ever since Afghanistan, he’s been preparing himself for their return. It’s been nearly ten years, but age is the one thing that hasn’t slowed the war hero down. Upon first announced of a possible Terminator sighting, Big Boss ordered all his men to leave the threat for him alone. He didn’t want anyone dying for his personal battles. So there he stood, gazing over at the mechanical monstrosity disguised as a human female.

T-X:   Big Boss?

That was all it took to for him to strike, grabbing the rifle strapped to his back and firing several shots into the machine’s chest. He wasn’t surprised when the bullets slowly pulled themselves out of that mechanical bitch’s chest. It forms a sinister-looking smile, lunging itself towards Snake and grabbing him by the throat.

T-X:   You are a threat to Cyberdyne and must be eliminated.

She throws him into the nearest wall, smashing through it like paper. He slowly gets up and takes out a knife and pistol, running into the shadows. The Terminatrix makes its way after him, scanning the area thoroughly to make sure Boss won’t escape. But knowing him, escape isn’t an option. He suddenly appeared behind it, swinging the knife into the back of its head. However, this proved very unacceptable. Whatever metal alloy this machine was using to defend itself, Snake couldn’t pierce through it. The blade was bent like a piece of rubber.

Big Boss:   Son of a-

With a single punch from the T-X, Snake was knocked to the floor. He quickly fires bullet in his pistol at the machine. Like before, the shots were instantly slipped out. It attempts to slam its foot through Boss’s chest, but he quickly rolls out of the way. Boss then throws down a flash grenade in an attempt to stun the mechanical beast, as he quickly reloads his pistol. The blast from the grenade only caused minor disturbance to the machine’s CPU, immediately firing a plasma shot from its arm at Boss. He lunges out of the way, throwing down another stun grenade. Snake pulls out another pistol, firing rapid fire at the mechanical bitch’s head. If there’s a weak spot, it had to be in that tin can of a head. Yet it kept walking towards him.

T-X:   When will you just accept the end, John? Skynet will always win, no matter how much you fight back.

Big Boss:   I’ll take my chances.

This time, he throws down a smoke grenade, attempting to cloak himself from the machine. It simply altered its sensors, easily finding him. Another plasma blast is shot, this time Boss saw it coming. He leaps out of the way, quickly rolling a hand grenade underneath the Terminatrix. The explosion launches it through another wall, but Snake wasn’t through with the bitch just yet. He runs to the artillery vault and picks up a couple semi-automatics, as well as more grenades, and just in case the bitch is still moving, a rocket launcher.

Big Boss:   Ok.....time to finish this.

Snake walks outside, surprised to hear the sound of a helicopter above him. Apparently, there were a few squads away from the base that didn’t get Snake’s message to stay away. In seconds, it was shot out of the sky by a plasma shot. Spiraling out of control, Snake ran as fast as he could as it plunged towards him.

Big Boss:   Dammit! Dammit! DAMMIT!

The copter crashed into Outer Heaven, erupting in a huge explosion that knocks Snake to the ground upon impact. His ears were ringing, vision blurry, seeing a tall, thin figure walk up to him. Snake felt his neck tightening, being lifted off the ground like a lifeless rag doll.

T-X:   Such disappointment.

He tries fighting back, only to get punched in the chest.

T-X:   In one hit, I broke three of your ribs. I could have made this so much quicker for you, John. Yet you fail to cooperate fairly.

He simply responds by grabbing his pistol and shooting the bitch in the head to set him free.

Big Boss:   Sorry to disappoint you, but I’m not really a team player.

Boss grabs the knife strapped to his boot, swinging it viciously at the machine’s neck, chest, and arms. But a simple punch to the face sends him hurling into the air, landing against the edge of the platform they were on. Outer Heaven was still under construction, nearing to be the perfect military base. This gave him an idea. He slowly stands up, as the mechanics monstrosity began walking towards him. Boss forms a small smile, standing exactly still.

Big Boss:   Come on......you want me? Go for it....I’d hate to keep you waiting.

The T-X charged forward, preparing to attack him, as he quickly leaps out of the way, slipping out one of the semi-automatics he was carrying. Laying on his back, he blazes the metal bitch in a wave of bullets, her feet nearly slipping off the platform. Ten seconds straight this goes on, before finally running out of ammo. The Terminatrix stood there covered in bullets, slowly slipping them using her liquid metal interior. A wicked smile forms on her face.

T-X:   Why must you continue this, John? What is to gain from these pointless attempts?

All he does is smile.

Big Boss:   You think this is where it ends for me? No, I don’t think so. Even if I die here, it won’t be the end of my legacy. No matter what you or the others think.

The machine prepares to fire a final plasma shot to end this somewhat pointless charade. It is then that the snake finally strikes. He rises to his feet and grabs the plasma cannon, managing to move it aiming for the sky once fired. Boss then unleashes the full might of his CQC combat, striking the machine’s legs, chest, and head. This finally pushes the T-X over the edge, plummeting down to the jungles of South Africa below. What seemed like the end of another nightmare, was just the rise of another. The world will always know Big Boss for achieving the impossible, as he watches the machine slowly climb up one of the trees below.

Big Boss:   Go on....whatever is stalking me....creating these things.....bring as much as you want.....they’ll end up the same.

The T-X lit up like a Christmas tree. A blazing inferno from the rocket Boss had launched.
It’s happening again, the Terminator has found Big Boss! But the old man won’t go down easily.
